Our Policies
Check-in and Check-out
Guest check-ins starts by 1pm and Check-outs by 12:05pm. Checking out after the expiration of Check-out time attracts a fee of N5,000 per hour, payable from the first minute of the extension.
Reservation and Payment
With our 24hrs Front Desk Services, reservations can be made from any part of the world, at any time of the day. Reservations are however only activated when payment has been confirmed through our various user friendly payment options.
Cancellation and Refunds
Guests are at liberty to cancel or move reservations on site and over the phone. Cancellation of reservations on or before 6pm attracts a 30% surcharge on the cost of the room upon refund. Guest cannot cancel their reservation after 6pm In a case where the Guest failed to contact the front desk for cancellation before 6pm, the reservation is considered reserved for the guest and no refund shall be made in that respect.
Smoking Policy
At Clear Gates Hotel LTD we have a strict NON SMOKING 🚭 POLICY.
Guests found smoking in the Rooms, or anywhere within the Hotel premises, will be charged with N25,000 fine and their reservation cancelled, without an option for refund.
Pets
Animal pets of any species are not allowed within the lodging areas. There are no pet shelters available in the hotel premises, therefore, guests are advised not to bring their pets along, or rather make other arrangements for their care outside the hotel premises.
